Shipping Policy

Welcome to Fourteenth Boutique! We are committed to providing you with efficient, secure, and transparent delivery services. Please review the following terms regarding order processing, transit times, fees, and related policies.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed, packed, and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) following receipt of payment.
  • Once an order has been successfully submitted and enters the processing stage, we are unable to change the shipping address, items, or sizes. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before checking out.
  • Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s real-time transit progress.

2. Shipping Destinations & Transit Times

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Transit times depend on your destination and the carrier selected:

  • Domestic Orders (US)
    • Carriers: USPS or UPS.
    • Transit Time: Typically 1 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on geographic location.
  • International Orders
    • Carriers: USPS, FedEx, or DHL.
    • Transit Time: Generally 14 to 21 business days. International transit times may experience additional delays due to customs clearance procedures.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping (US):
    • For orders with a subtotal (before tax) between $0 and $149.99, a standard shipping fee of $4.99 applies.
    • Orders with a subtotal (before tax) of $150 and above qualify for Free Shipping.
  • International Shipping:
    • International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and the selected carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL).

4. In-Store / Curbside Pickup

  • In addition to traditional shipping, we offer in-store or curbside pickup services.
  • Select the “Pick Up” option at checkout.
  • Once your order is ready, you will receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification email. Please bring this email with you to collect your items from the designated store.

5. Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance

  • International Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or other fees levied by the destination country’s customs office.
  • Responsibility: These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient/customer. If a package is returned or destroyed due to a customer’s refusal to pay duties or sign for the package, Fourteenth Boutique will not issue a refund or reship the order.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee will be charged before we can send it out again.
  • Once a package is handed over to the carrier, we cannot change the shipping address or intercept the package.
  • In the event of severe shipping delays, loss, or transit damage, please contact us promptly at hello@fourteenthboutique.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. If you receive an item damaged in transit, you must provide photos of the damaged item and its outer packaging within 7 days of delivery for us to evaluate and resolve the issue.
